This role acts as the primary support liaison between customers and Infor in an Anael TT product-focused environment. The senior product support analyst provides expert product support to customers, addressing complex questions about the functionality and usage of Infor products via telephone and Internet.

Essential Duties:
- Resolve clients' questions or problems related to product functionality, operating environments, and system configuration/setup via telephone or Internet.
- Act as the primary support liaison between the company and customers, documenting incidents in the required tracking systems.
- Proactively keep customers informed about problem resolution timelines, with a focus on customer retention and referenceability.

Basic Qualifications:
- A solid experience in temporary working industry or French payroll systems and related regulations.
- Fluent in French, with strong writing skills.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Functional knowledge and experience in the temporary working industry (e.g., CDII, Carte BTP, IFMCP, taxe transport, DFS).
