As a Senior Consultant specializing in the healthcare industry, you will have a wide range of responsibilities focused on providing Infor WFM application solutions related to automated workload/productivity and healthcare scheduling. You will consult healthcare customers on leading practices with Infor WFM to support their scheduling requirements and business needs. You will be a part of a team of professionals who play a key role in implementing solutions and delivering results. Skilled at providing in-depth analysis and the ability to provide resolution to broad, complex, and critical work, the Senior Consultant will act in a lead capacity on complex projects, mentoring and guiding others with emphasis on healthcare patient assignments based on workload. 

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
  • Work directly with the customer’s project team to understand their business requirements and translate those requirements into a set of systematic specifications for development.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the features of the WFM software to properly and creatively utilize features to meet customer needs.
  • Research, document, configure and test all functional elements to meet customer policies and procedures and state and federal laws.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Product Development and Customer Support, when needed, to communicate customers’ needs and determining best solution.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships. Provide quality service to both internal and external customers. Earn credibility as a trusted advisor throughout Infor and the customer organization.
  • Seek to understand customer issues and delivers appropriate solutions based on product core functionality and Industry leading practices.
  • Adhere to Infor Deployment Methodology throughout the project life cycle and complete task in a timely manner within the timeframe established.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience in nursing with software experience or in another clinical field.
  • Clinical experience within a hospital and knowledge with all types of nursing areas along with working in clinical management/administration and IT.
  • High degree of professionalism, work ethic and confidentiality in handling client information.
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects while working in a team environment or independently.
  • Ability to analyze and understand complex solutions and designs.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites – approximately 50%.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with a nurse scheduling system or patient workload system as a user.
  • Knowledge of GRASP methodology and/or GRASP/MIStro/ISOH software.
  • Experience with Time and Attendance and scheduling software.
  • Skilled in analyzing and documenting business requirements and corresponding solution specifications.
  • Consulting experience.
  • Experience writing database queries in SQL.
