Are you passionate about leveraging cutting-edge cloud technology to drive transformative business outcomes? Join our team as a Solution Consultant, where you'll play a vital role in shaping our clients' success through expert knowledge of Industry Operations and Enterprise Application Software, particularly focusing on Infor enterprise business applications tailored to our target industries.

Key Responsibilities:
Deal Support:
  • Deliver captivating presentations showcasing our comprehensive "as a Service" capabilities.
  • Customize demonstrations to address the specific needs of prospective customers, ensuring a clear and compelling presentation that emphasizes the business value of Infor solutions.
  • Conduct pre-demonstration discovery sessions with key stakeholders to understand current business processes, identify value drivers, and determine solution enablers.

Sales Readiness:
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop account strategies through active participation in account reviews.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with sales teams to drive effective sales methodologies and facilitate the introduction of new products.
  • Contribute to demo system design, planning, and configuration.
  • Provide input and assist in testing for new product releases, as well as training peers on new functionalities.
  • Act as a champion for industry-based product functionality, offering knowledge transfer to colleagues as needed.


Knowledge and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Supply Chain Operations, or related disciplines.
  • Proficiency in selling Enterprise Software applications/solutions across multiple industries, such as Discrete Manufacturing and Distribution.
  • Deep understanding of operational business processes and requirements, including Supply Chain Management, Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Settle and with a special focus on Manufacturing Operations.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and convincingly.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with Infor technologies is advantageous, although experience with similar ERP solutions will also be considered.
  • Prior experience in solution consulting is preferred, but relevant product knowledge from an implementation or project-related perspective will also be valued.
  • Fluency in both English and Swedish, both verbal and written, is required.
