The Fleet Supervisor will be responsible for managing Infor's EMEA Vehicle Fleet and leading a team focused on fleet administration. In addition to performing various fleet management tasks, they will drive operational excellence, facilitate fleet administration processes, provide leadership to the team, establish strategic partnerships, monitor performance, and champion continuous improvement efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and perform EMEA corporate car fleet operations including order processing, deployment, document validation, incident resolution, contract review, record maintenance, and other assigned tasks.
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize fleet utilization, maintenance, and performance across the EMEA region, aligning with organizational goals and budgetary constraints.
• Collaborate with the team to streamline and enhance fleet administration processes.
• Provide strong leadership, mentor and develop team members to maximize their potential and contribution.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with vehicle suppliers, service providers, and stakeholders to ensure reliable and cost-effective fleet services.
• Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure we are legally compliant and keep the organization up to date with new legislation
• Run and manage projects as and when required

Requirements, Knowledge and Skills:

• Fluent communication skills in English
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Professional and courteous customer service orientation.
• Strong relationship-building skills with vendors and stakeholders.
• Proficient use of computer applications including Microsoft Excel and Word.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of any additional European Languages
• Knowledge of fleet legislation
• Experience in Fleet Administration or Fleet Management
• Educational background in Logistics, Warehousing, or Administration
