Will be part of the Systems Engineering Services Team. This Engineer is responsible for configuring and maintaining the specific environment(s) used for Product Development. The System Administrator coordinates activities and technical resources for maintenance purposes as well as in development projects. The SA plans, executes and controls the installation of applications, tools, etc. Further, the SA develops and controls routines for maintaining the environment.

What You Will Need?
Basic Qualification:
• at least 2 years of technical experience in Windows system administration and programming experience
• Experience in Amazon Web Services
• Good comprehension with log management and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Sumo Logic, Trend Micro, Logic Monitor, etc.
• Understanding of fundamental concepts like network security, routing, and load balancing
• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Amendable to work on rotating schedule and 3x a week onsite work setup.

What Will Put You Ahead?
Preferred Qualification:
• Knowledge/experience Infor technologies.
• Technical knowledge/experience with one or more of the following: Linux, WebSphere/JBOSS and MSSQL/PostgreSQL administration.
• Ability to write automation code in a common scripting language, such as PowerShell, Perl or Python, including experience in AWS SDKs
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and, change work direction and priorities effectively as required.
• DevOps tools knowledge (Git, Oxford, Faro, Windsor, CI/CD)

A Day In A Life Typically Includes:
• Configures and maintains the specific environment(s).
• Provides second and third-level support for applicable environment(s).
• Responsible for analyzing and developing detail change suggestions for issues encountered in product solution testing environments.
• Act as a development project team member.
• Ensure that all required environment documentation exists and is updated (configuration item information), published and understood by all users.
• Develops and maintains knowledge in platform specific scripting techniques.
• Deploy builds of software into test environments.
• Act as active stakeholders with respect to requirements for development tools.
• Request HW & SW resources from ITS.
• Make consequence analysis of environment requests from development projects.
