This position is required for Learning and Development in HCM (HCM-L&D) Development Team at Hyderabad

Learning and Development is a Talent Management Suite application that manages the development activities of an organization.

Learning new technologies like Landmark Platform and development Tool (LPL) based on Java

Responsible for code changes for fixing Bugs and Enhancements using Development Tool (LPL).

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Academics: MCA or ME/M.Tech or BE/B.Tech
  • Experience: 2 - 3 Years

Required Skills:

  • 2 + years hands-on experience in Java.
  • Good working knowledge of SQL and JDBC.
  • Strong knowledge of relational concepts.
  • Writing well designed, testable, efficient code.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English.
  • Application domain expertise a plus.
  • Go Getter attitude & Quick Learner.
  • Out of the box thinking.
  • Complete hold on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Must be able to work with Multi Cultural/National teams, prior experience is a plus.
  • Investigate, analyze, and correct reported defects.
  • Perform coding to agreed functional and technical requirements.
  • Hands on experience with latest HTML technologies.
  • Good to have experience in Web services.
  • Considers and treats Unit testing as intrinsically part of work.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
  • Ensure designs are following specifications.
  • Prepare and produce releases of software components.
