This position will encompass the responsibilities of a Technical Consultant (TC) reporting to the Services Manager.

As a Technical Consultant, provides technical support and expertise to clients. They work to resolve technical issues, recommend solutions, and advise on the best practices for optimizing technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with our Clients' System Administrators, analysing their technical needs, designing and implementing solutions and managing the ongoing support of these solution
• Provide technical guidance and advice to clients on the use and implementation of the Infor Cloud, Infor Operating System (OS), Pathway systems, and partner integrations.
• Contribute and understand the business objectives of our clients and align those objectives with the technical solutions that Infor provides.
• As a Technical Consultant, you must stay up to date with the latest trends, advancements in Infor and within the Local Government industry, ensuring that our clients are always benefiting from the latest developments and technologies.
• Contribute and translate business and technical requirements into solution designs to assist the Pathway IBU achieve its business objectives.

Key Requirements / Experience

• Experience in SaaS software solutions
• Experience in iPaaS Integration products such as Infor OS, Boomi, Oracle
• Exposure to data integration processes that combine data from multiple sources (e.g. ETL tools)
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms
• Must be completely fluent in English (written and oral)
• Preferred experience in the Local Government Industry
• Preferred but not essential, 5+ years of application software solutions experience in the ERP space
• Flexibility to travel as required in accordance with Infor’s HR and Travel policies
