The Business Development Analytics Director will be responsible for leading the Analytics and Insights for Business Development globally. They will provide analytics that will support the effectiveness and efficiency of pipeline creation and execution. You will also be responsible providing insights and recommendations to optimize our strategy, performance, and operations of Business Development at Infor.
In this role, you will work closely with senior executives, sales leaders, and cross-functional partners to align on business goals, identify opportunities, and drive action. You will also oversee the development and implementation of sales analytics tools, dashboards, and reports that enable data-driven decision making across the organization.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Develop and implement a vision and strategy for sales play analytics that aligns with the company's goals and objectives with measurable expectations that support the company, functional and channel strategies.
- Deliver insights including financial, strategic, and operational analysis of new and existing business opportunities and enhancements.
- Define, publish, and maintain Business Development Analytics roadmap to drive clear value and ROI.
- Establish, analyze and monitor key performance indicators and metrics for sales play analytics and track the impact and ROI of analytics initiatives.
- Create and present reports, insights and dashboards for senior management and sales teams to provide insights to optimize sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Communicate data insights in a clear and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Partner with cross functional leaders to identify opportunities and define priorities for new scalable solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience leading a sales analytics team and delivering insights.
- Experience working with sales team analyzing sales metrics to support sales delivery.
- Experience developing performance plans to assist to help develop sales capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing sales strategy initiatives in a software industry environment.
- ERP experience.
