Quality Assurance Analyst, Associate – designs, develops, maintains, and executes test plans for both manual and automated testing; records, reports and validates defects and defect fixes; participates in activities to build and enhance technical, functional, and soft skills.


What You Will Need?

  • Bachelor's degree or similar in Software Engineering or Computer Science
  • General knowledge in software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies, software quality assurance and quality control
  • General analytical skills related to software development.
  • Good communications and people skill

  • Background or high interest in Test Automation

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Design, Create and Maintain Test Plans (Automated and Manual)
  • Execute Test Plans (Automated and Manual)
  • Document, Report and Validate Defects
  • Take applicable training courses to build and enhance technical, functional, and soft skills.
  • Attend team meetings and participate in corporate events.
  • Learn and apply the PBM (Principle Based Management)
