The Account Director is responsible for identifying, qualifying and driving opportunities to successful closes. 

A good understanding of ERP is required as you position Infor solutions to targeted net new opportunities. 

He/she must be capable of developing executive level relationships and driving sales through opportunity planning, executive involvement and value selling. 

 

Your Responsibilities Include 

  • Responsible for solution sales to the assigned industry. 
  • Build up (and maintain) a long-term relationship with prospects in the assigned territory through the positioning of Infor as a solution provider and understanding of the prospect’s business requirements. 
  • Responsible for full spectrum of software solutions (ERP, Cloud, CRM, SCM, WMS, PLM, etc.) to address business pains of the assigned industry segment. 
  • Interaction with prospects to sell ERP solutions 
  • Manage complex sales cycles while working with virtual sales teams including pre-sales, development, professional services, lead generation, partners and support. 
  • Exceed sales quota – maintain forecast, pipeline and status updates in CRM. 
  • Use networking techniques to pursue net new business. 
  • Work closely with professional services team to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction. 

You Bring to the Organization  

  • Strong successful experience selling ERP or similar software sales  
  • Demonstrated history of selling complex solutions 
  • Know-how of Cloud solutions 
  • Ability to work with prospects of all sizes 
  • Strong coordination experience
  • Willingness to travel 

You have

  • Outstanding verbal and writing, communications in both Spanish and English 
  • Hunter mentality 
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills 
  • Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of prospects including C-level executives.
