You will be responsible for direct recruitment in the EMEA region focusing on roles in MEA, in particular Egypt and Tunisia; you will also work on roles that include UKI and Benelux from time to time; under guidance of the Recruitment Manager. The role will be based remote or office based, depending on your location. We expect you to be creative and driven, with an interpersonal savvy that allows you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and the business leaders.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Managing full life cycle recruitment delivery for defined business areas
Creating relationships with key business stakeholders by gaining an understanding of business requirements, managing hiring managers' expectations, challenging thinking and providing specialist recruitment expertise and advice
- Gain a thorough understanding of Infor’s competitors which will enable an excellent knowledge base to build market intelligence
- Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals
- Identifying cost-effective solutions for delivering effective recruitment services to the business
- Assist in creating a world leading Talent Acquisition organization that ensures the business have great talent to enable continued growth

- Strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.
- Proven experience of recruiting with direct sourcing skills and a proven track record of success.
- Experience of recruiting across ERP and similar solutions.
- Previous experience sourcing and placing M3 OR LN candidates is highly preferred.
- Proven Dev recruitment success.
- Well organized to implement sourcing and tracking strategies for multiple positions in a fast paced environment.
- Superior oral and written communication skills at all levels, including interpersonal skills, phone skills, and interviewing skills.
- Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle.
- Recruitment agency experience will be highly considered.
- Flexible, creative, tenacious and team spirited.
- Must be self-motivated, networked, competitive and a team-player.
- Willingness to learn and further professional development in the area of recruitment.
- English native/bilingual.
- French language ability would be advantageous.
