Global Advanced Services (in Infor’s Global Professional Services team) is a newly formed organization focused on creating value by driving customer adoption of Infor’s industry, platform, data and UX innovations in a prescriptive, repeatable manner to enable our customers’ digital transformation.

The VP Global Advanced Services will assume a leadership role in the Americas and report into the SVP of Global Advanced Services.

This role will provide our customers with our product, industry, and technology innovations. In this role you will be responsible for the creation, sales & delivery of scalable, packaged offerings to accelerate the speed with which we bring value to our customers.

A day in the life typically includes:

• Work with the development team to translate customer’s business requirements into technical requirements.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to identify customer opportunities and deliver Advanced Services.
• Co-innovate with the R&D team in creating solution packages with the latest Infor technology innovations and industry know-how.  
• Collaborate with Advanced Services peers in Europe and APAC regions to create IP and content for Advanced Services content catalog.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for C-level and customer executives on leveraging Infor innovation and technology in enterprise-wide business transformation.

• Highly experienced solution architect or enterprise architect experience, preferably with Infor products, in particular Infor OS platform experience in enterprise automation, RPA, and AI/ML
• Industry experience in at least one of the following industries: Healthcare, Distribution, Industrial Manufacturing and/or Food and Beverage.
• Experience in managing a team of 10+ experienced solution or enterprise architects in selling and delivering implementation projects.

• Good balance of technology and business experience.
• Strategic, visionary thinker with ability to understand industry and technology trends and how they impact the customer’s business.
• Considerable industry experience in enterprise software or cloud platform industries.
• Ability to determine strategy and build tactical plans that deliver tangible results.
• Extensive travel.
