Opis i wymagania

Infor is seeking an experienced Senior architect for, WebTop development team.  Understand complex requirements, design, code and test new features.  Troubleshoot and build solutions.  Draft technical and user documentation.  Work closely with teams from multiple product groups and grow a team of talented engineers.


Basic Qualifications:

JAVA

  • • Excellent Java experience including a thorough understanding of Servlets, JavaScript, JQuery, JQuery UI, HTML, XML, CSS, XSL, JSP, AJAX, JSON, and SQL.
  • • Perform design work and be able to provide input into the functionality of the product and the technical approach.  Identify inaccurate, incomplete or otherwise flawed designs early in the design/development cycle with suggestions for alternative approaches.
  • • Apply excellent technical skills along with continuous refinement in advanced programming techniques to increase speed of work while not compromising quality.
  • • Candidates should require little assistance on the majority of their tasks. SEs are may be asked to work with other programmers on a large projects.

RPG

  • • Senior RPGIV developer with at least 5 years of RPG application development with emphasis in machine level/command level programming.
  • • Relational database knowledge of DB2
  • • Strong SQL knowledge
  • • Understanding of iSeries OS.  Subsystems, Sockets, Security, IFS, excellent command level knowledge.
  • • Ability to create and integrate Service programs
  • • Administration and use of ALDON CMS
  • • Functional knowledge of IBM iSeries and the various OS such as , V7.2-V7.4 systems and other platforms including Windows.
  • • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced team environment; excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • JAVA
  • • Infinium Application experience a plus
  • • DB/2, Eclipse and/or IBM RAD or RDP, CVS, Subversion.
  • • User interface design principles and practice, use cases and UML.
  • • Application integration using SOA, XML, Web Services.
  • RPG
  • • Exposure to IBM iSeries, AS/400, System i experience.
  • • DB/2, Eclipse and/or IBM RDP, CVS, SQL.
  • • Understanding of HTTP, IBM WebSphere  installation, configuration and tuning
  • • Prior experience with Infor ERP products: Infinium,  XA (MAPICS), LX (BPCS), S21

Responsibilities (Essential Duties):

  • • Provide detailed estimates for moderate to highly complex requirements.
  • • Learn and understand existing tools and frameworks.  Provide defect research and resolution to reported issues.  Will be asked to work directly with customers on occasion.
  • • Create conceptual business and technical design documents for approved requirements or enhancements.
  • • Understanding and participation in full project lifecycle, from system design to program complete. Including QA & documentation.
  • • Develop to design specifications within Infor development standards
  • • Create and participate in rollout of new product release training.
