Create, implement and maintain QA strategy 

Create and monitor appropriate KPIs, test measurements and metrics for several products 

Coordinate with Central QA team and drive QA initiatives amongst different product teams 


What You Will Need?


  • Strong test automation experience
  • Strong experience in software development processes, models, lifecycles and methodologies  
  • Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
  • System testing, Functional, Regression, Performance testing (must have: system, functional, regression)
  • Project coordination management
  • Works well with teams regardless of location and time
  • Excellent leadership, reporting and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of performance testing of applications is a plus

  • Driving QA initiatives
  • Creating QA/TA Roadmap
  • Performance testing
  • Experience in ERP applications domain

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:


  • Design and develop Test Automation Framework and Script
  • Major responsibilities include planning test strategies, designing test cases, creating and running manual and automated test scripts, maintaining test repository, collaborating with other product teams and driving QA initiatives.
