We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Development and Operations Engineer that will join our Cloud SaaS Operations team. You’ll help provide operational support to our Cloud Infrastructure that hosts our enterprise applications while maintaining the backend services. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, monitoring, and development of system automations while working with key stakeholders throughout the enterprise to help us deliver multi-tenant applications to customers in the cloud.


What You Will Need?

  • 2  years of experience developing and maintaining software applications in the AWS cloud
  • AWS (EC2, Services) or Azure Cloud
  • Scripting language: Bash, PowerShell, Nodejs, Python.
  • Good ability to manage and multi-task and is committed to deadlines.

What Will Put You Ahead?

  • CI/CD pipeline experience
  • Strong design, analytical and coding skills. Must also be able to script, automate, as well as architect software / solutions. 
  • Preferably experienced with Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, CloudFormation and Docker or Kubernetes (EKS - Elastic Kubernetes Services)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across different teams (Ops, Product management, Support, Development & Customer Success)
  • Experience in using tools like service-now, grafana, sumologic, telegraf and tickscript is a plus

A Day In The Life Typically Includes: 

  • Support multiple application, deployment processes and automate tasks in cloud environment.
  • Collaborate with DevOps engineers to ensure the seamless deployment of servers,applications, and network infrastructure
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the software delivery process.
  • Set up monitoring solutions to track system performance and configure alerts for potential issues.
  • Automate utilities and deployment processes to ensure reliable and consistent application releases.
