Infor Design Team is looking for an individual who excels not only in crafting exceptional technical solutions and following best practices but also in leading and inspiring a team of DevOps engineers. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the technology stack of projects while ensuring the successful implementation of robust and scalable solutions that seamlessly integrate with our existing services.

What You Will Need?

• 3+ years of experience working in DevOps using AWS Technologies

• 3+ years of experience in container cluster management: AWS EKS & Kubernetes, Docker

• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with internet networking and security: AWS SG & VPC, TCP/IP, SSH, DHCP, DNS, HTTP

• Experience in Agile development processes & tools: Git, Jira or similar

• Flexibility to report onsite 2x-3x a week.

What Will Put You Ahead?

• Experience leading a team

• Backend experience (Python, Java, Go)

• Microservice architecture experience at scale

• Active projects or actively contribute to projects on GitHub. Solid Python/Java experience.

• Experience with Scala, Haskell, or Clojure.

• Having AWS certifications is advantageous.

• Azure experience.

• Experience and/or knowledge in Design Systems.

A Day In A Life Typically Includes:

• Oversee a team of DevOps Engineers, review tasks, PRs.

• Work on current tasks in a Kanban environment

• Monitor infostructure health

• Perform research on how to improve current technology stack, tooling, and solutions

• Sync with other Team Lead, Devs/PM/Stakeholders

• Mentor other developers
