Beschrijving & Vereisten

The New Business Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, qualifying and driving opportunities to a successful close. A strong understanding of Manufacturing verticals is required and extensive experience of selling ERP systems in the relevant industry.

You must be capable of developing executive level relationships and driving sales through opportunity planning, executive involvement and value selling.


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Responsible for ERP solution sales to the assigned industries/territory.
  • A strategic thinker, being able to express vision and trends of Infor and the market.
  • Able to interact with customers and prospects to sell software solutions – activities include lead generation.
  • Manage complex sales cycles whilst working with virtual sales teams including pre-sales, development, professional services, lead generation, partners and support.
  • Exceed sales quota – maintain forecast, pipeline and status updates in CRM.
  • Use lead generation and networking techniques to pursue net new business.
  • Work closely with the professional services team to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Great attitude, high energy and resilience.
  • Proven experience of software sales, including new logo software sales, ideally ERP.
  • A demonstrated history of selling complex solutions to new prospects.
  • Know-how of Cloud solutions.
  • Analytic and strategic thinker.
  • Hunter-mentality, able to win new logos.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers including C-level executives.
  • A team player with the ability to lead opportunity teams, while building strong peer and interpersonal relationships.
  • Ability to work with multiple customers/prospects.
  • Use Salesforce, Clari, Outreach or similar software tools would be a bonus.
  • Outstanding verbal, written communications and interpersonal skills are essential.
