Are you looking to start a career in complex enterprise sales? 


As a Business development representative (BDR) at Infor Nexus you will be given the skills, knowledge and mentorship required to grow into a top performer and the foundations for a successful career in sales. 


You will play a key role in driving new business for our sales organization and working closely with seasoned enterprise account executives (AE) throughout the end-to-end sales cycle. This is an entry level role for someone with the competitive, winners' mindset and the ambition to become a top performer by working with and learning from some of the best account executives in the industry.


Infor Nexus is a niche best in class multi enterprise supply chain business network that sells to C level executives in large enterprises. The sales processes are long and very complex and require skill, patience and the ability meaningful relationships with prospects. BDRs at Infor Nexus must become experts in the solution, the industry, the market and the sales process to be successful. The ability to self-motivate and a passion for personal development are prerequisites for success in this role. 


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

Work closely with your AE to identify target personas
Learn about the market, industry, product and develop skills.
Research in depth about the specific challenges and needs of the prospects and companies you will be reaching out. Using multi-channel engagement with our buyers through the phone, email, and social media.

  • Collaborate with multiple teams internally (product, marketing, solution consulting, implementation) to position solutions to prospect challenges.
  • Build a sustainable, high-quality pipeline and helping progress opportunities from creation to close. 
  • Bring new ideas to help generate pipeline or add value to the organization.


What you will need:
  • Good level of English.
  • Copy writing skills
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills 
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Competitive, collaborative and innovative
  • Energetic team player 
  • Basic understanding of technology tools


Nice to Have:
  • Speaking Japanese would be a great plus
  • Someone who has background in Supply Chain, Logistics
  • Experiences living or working in different cultures
  • Extracurricular activities (sports, hobbies, volunteering)
