Summary
This position is responsible for the partner license sales, including recruiting new partners and also supporting partners for growing SaaS business.  The overall objective of this role is to achieve or exceed sales targets each quarter and financial year by establishing strategic Win-Win partnership with key partners.

Essential Duties
Responsible for the territory planning (Partner strategy) and sales execution (closing deals and creating new pipeline)  with nominated partners/territories.
Responsible for selling new software licenses, achieving quarterly and annual sales quota targets in the assigned territory.
Work with Partners, Infor internal teams, and  establish good network to drive new software license deals.
Responsible for maintaining sales opportunities in CRM in timely manner and submitting required sales reporting to the respective Sales Director/Manager.
Establish contacts and build positive relationships/networks with senior level decision makers across allocated Accounts.
Develop new channel / Alliance partners to promote Infor solution in our target market.

Basic Qualifications
Proven sales track record and achievements of sales targets in enterprise business application software industry through direct or channel sales.
Experience of leading partners business and has connection with key partners (SIer, Consulting Firm, Boutique consultant, etc.) in the market
Knowledge and understanding of the Infor's focus business applications (ERP)  products (or similar competitor products).
Experience and knowledge in Manufacturing Industry(Auto, IM, F&B)
Business level of English (Speaking, Listening, and Writing)

Preferred Qualification
10 years   experience of channel/ Alliance sales where leading business and establishing relationships with partner's C-level/Senior level managements.
