Description & Requirements

Infor are seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead the vision and strategy for Infor’s cybersecurity program. The CISO will lead the Information Security Office which is tasked to deliver high value security capabilities across both Infor’s corporate and product environments.

As a member of the executive team, the CISO will partner with business leaders to execute on strategic plans to ensure effective and secure delivery of Infor products to a global customer base.

A day in the life typically includes:

  • Develop, implement, and mature a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that aligns to and supports Infor’s vision.
  • Lead a global team of cyber professionals to strengthen partnerships with business and products teams and profitably manage the business’s cyber risk.
  • Mentor and develop talent across your team to enable individuals to reach their full potential.
  • Support a culture of security being a value-added partner to the product and business teams.
  • Partner with legal, compliance, and data privacy teams to navigate a complex global regulatory environment and action strategies to ensure compliance.
  • Support sales and products teams in educating our customers on Infor’s strategy and commitment to security.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal and external knowledge networks to constantly learn and bring back best practices to the organization

  • Demonstrable skills and knowledge in managing security programs for SaaS products
  • A strong desire to lead and develop people on your team
  • A customer focus and drive to serve the business and our customers
  • Previous experience as a CISO for a large, tech-forward organization
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt your communication style across various audiences – technical, executive, customer
  • A willingness to travel and engage in-person with a global team and customer base
