As a Business Analyst, you will work with the product owner and product managers to understand the feature requirements deeply. You will then break these requirements down into user stories that clearly identify the personas/roles and their needs. These user stories should be easily understandable for software engineers to implement datastore, user interface, and applications with APIs. 


While as a Business Analyst you are not working directly with the technical implementation, to be successful at this role it is important to understand the overall architecture, way of working and software design, in a microservice architecture and high-level technical understanding of these concepts will be important in this role. 



What You Will Need? 


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years working experience in the related field

    Working knowledge in the ff.

    • ERP business processes
    • Software Development Life Cycle
    • Agile Development Methodology
    • Software quality assurance
    • Test management using Zephyr or similar tool
    • Defect tracking using JIRA or similar tool
  • Assertive and able to communicate clearly and effectively

  • Very good English communication skills

  • Experience working within a large, cross- regional development organization

  • Experience working with any Sustainability/ESG application

A Day In The Life Typically Includes: 

  • Work with the product owner and product managers to understand the feature requirements deeply.
