Descripción y Requisitos

As a member of the Content Editorial Team, the SEO Specialist will monitor, develop and implement SEO strategies. This person will be responsible for providing guidance and education for stakeholders across the organization on creating and maintain SEO-friendly content, analyzing SEO strategies of competitors, recommending timely and innovative SEO approaches, and tracking the success of SEO we execute. This person will contribute to a data-driven content strategy and editorial calendar that will help to improve the awareness and conversion opportunities across Infor's digital properties. This person will also use analytical tools regularly to gather in-depth performance reports, track the latest SEM developments to stay up to date with all important changes or updates, and execute effective link building strategies.

A Day In the Life Typically Includes:
  • Monitoring the technical SEO of infor.com with routine crawls and collaborating with internal development teams/agency partners on prioritizing fixes or enhancements.
  • Working cross-collaboratively with a range of teams and stakeholders to educate on SEO best practices, share performance data, advise on strategy, and obtain buy-in for SEO initiatives.
  • Maintaining and monitoring the SEO tool stack including keyword tracking in BrightEdge/SEMrush, Crazy Egg, Screaming Frog, OnCrawl, GA4, and Google Search Console.
  • Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Prior SEO experience in enterprise-level websites.
  • Experience drafting technical documentation for site improvements and optimizations, intended for a technical but non-SEO audience.
  • Experience conducting large-scale site audits, identifying technical SEO opportunities, site architecture improvements, crawl budget optimization, and site performance enhancements.
  • Experience in automation and analysis of SEO projects.
  • Experience wokring with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, BrightEdge, SiteImprove, SEM Rush, and Ahrefs.
  • Ability to work in the US for any employer without visa transfer or sponsorship, now or in the future. 

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience. 
  • Experience with coding
  • Experience in international SEO, including regionalization/localization
  • Experience working with CMS platforms such as Sitecore
