Descripción y Requisitos

As a Principal Software Engineer you will be the cornerstone of our engineering efforts, leading the design and implementation of our next-generation microservices architecture. You will work with cutting-edge technologies like Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Java to build the backbone of our scalable, distributed systems. Your expertise will guide the development of high-performance, resilient, and secure software solutions that meet our ambitious goals. 

Job Responsibilities  

  • Architect and develop advanced microservices solutions in a cloud-native ecosystem. 
  • Lead the adoption of Kubernetes for container orchestration, optimizing our deployment strategies and scaling mechanisms. 
  • Design, implement, and maintain distributed systems that support high availability and fault tolerance at scale. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical challenges. 
  • Advocate for best practices in software development, including CI/CD, containerization, and cloud security. 
  • Mentor and inspire team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. 
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing and distributed systems to ensure we remain ahead of the curve. 

Job Requirements  


  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of building scalable microservices and distributed systems. 
  • Highly profficienct in Java and familiarity as Python/Go/Rust 
  • Deep understanding of Spring Boot ecosystem 
  • Extensive experience with Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications. 
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services related to compute, storage, and networking. 
  • Strong knowledge of distributed microservices architecture principles and patterns. 
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a meticulous attention to detail. 
  • Excellent mentorship and communication skills, with the ability to inspire others.
