Description & Requirements

This is an Early Talent position on the IT Delivery, Marketing development team, located in Hyderabad India. No travel required.  We are using sitecore as our CMS platform, along with this we have multiple marketing platforms to maintain. This early talent role will be helping add value on our CMS platform as well as web platform enhancements, developing new features and automations. The position will also help to strengthen and enable our support and Operations capability.


Essential Duties:

•            Design and develop custom solutions for web content management system

•            Work with internal teams changing design/interface/CSS/functionality per project requirements

•            Provide accurate estimates for programming tasks and track progress on assigned tasks via scrum standups.

•            Create technical design documents and configuration documents as required for the successful implementation of the application

•            Learn and stay up to date with latest tools and technologies in the software development field.

•            Assist other developers, participate in reviews of software designs, produced code, test plans and other artifacts.

•            Provide training to other groups on the new or changed functionality

•            Provide internal support for applications produced

Basic Qualifications

•            Some experience with C# .NET (at least .NET 3.0)

•            Some experience with Visual Studio for development and Git repositories for versioning

•            Some experience with SQL or other relational database management systems

•            Some experience with APIs and updating or extracting data

•            Some experience with XML, CSS, HTML, JavaScript

•            Organizational skills to meet deadlines while working within a team and independently

•            Oral and written communication skills to present ideas effectively.

•            Creativity and analytical problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

•            Any experience content management systems

•            Any experience with Web Services, SOAP and CAML

•            Any experience with advanced workflow development

•            Any experience AWS, Azure, other cloud hosting and management

•            Any experience with Angular, Next.JS, React and other front-end platforms
