Description & Requirements

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for  development to SLED & Utilities  industries. The Senior Account Manager shall identify and qualify sales opportunities and execute intelligent pursuit plans.  Account Manager will position Infor Cloud Suite ERP products in complex enterprise SLED & Utilities markets.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Articulate the Infor value proposition and successfully communicate the competitive advantages, resources and processes to client and prospects.
  • Work closely with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solution to meet their business needs.
  • Develop compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis.
  • Develop customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans and establish, document and maintain solid communication and follow-up procedures for all assigned accounts.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
  • Generate 5x pipeline and achieve or exceed consistent quarterly quota achievement.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience selling complex enterprise software systems.
  • Familiarity with Infor’s enterprise software competition.  
  • Ability to establish and manage executive level customer relationships.
  • Experience managing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
  • Develop business relationships with extended team members to drive sales.
  • Success in achieving or exceeding assigned quotas.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Knowledge of large enterprise business processes.
  • Willingness to Travel.
  • Experience selling into SLED or Utilities industry.
  • West of the Mississippi for the US Remote role.
