Description & Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned presales/solution consultant with 7 to 10 years' experience in the role of presales. The position is based in Indonesia primarily with occasional engagements across the Southeast Asia (ASEAN) region. Reporting to the head of Solution Consulting for ASEAN & Korea, this individual will bring his/her industry expertise to the role.

  • Confident in conducting conversations with different levels of stakeholders ranging from C-level executives to operational process owners within the customer’s organisation.
  • Open to change and able to quickly adapt to changes in technology or directions
  • Able to work independently but brave enough to ask for help when needed
  • Passionate not only in the role about technology and its role in changing the world as we know it but also how it brings success to our customers.
  • Keen eye for detail and a desire to seek improvement…. ALWAYS
  • Learning is a part of what we do, thirst for knowledge is unquenchable
  • See beyond the obvious and can read situations well
  • Ability to work with cross regional teams and overcome obstacles using remote technologies
  • You view partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders as the means to achieve joint success

Experience
  • You know the Indonesian market and can identify industry nuances quickly to take the next course of action during customer engagements
  • You will have immaculate knowledge in Discrete Manufacturing principles and Supply Chain impacts. 
  • Ideally you will have experience managing customers who operate in automotive, industrial manufacturing and/or high-tech industries.
  • Prior successful Presales/Solution Consulting experience is highly beneficial
  • An understanding of the sales and buying process is useful to have

  • You are an excellent communicator and can use storytelling to articulate your ideas.
  • Identify benefits and values Infor’s solution bring to the customers
  • Customer Success: you won’t be satisfied until the job is done to the right quality for our customers, this is non-negotiable
  • Comfortable in delivering quality presentations in person and remotely.
