This position is an integral part of the Infor Consulting Services organization. The Infor Consulting Services (ICS) organization enables our customers to rapidly recognize the value of Infor Solutions in a responsible, timely and cost-effective fashion by providing our customers consulting, implementation, development and managed services. The ICS works with clients to implement Infor software and industry standard processes with the aim of reducing costs increasing customer service and creating frameworks for enhanced collaboration and business efficiency. Whilst our technology is the enabler and vehicle for achieving business benefits, the quality and experience of our consultants are key differentiators. 


The WMS Project Manager will coordinate and monitor billable projects from initiation through delivery. Works as a consulting team member on for-fee product creation, enhancement, or integration projects. Serve as liaison between the company and client in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met. Ensure billable projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Operate with minimal supervision. Experience in the areas of software implementation or lead/Senior Business Consulting for software implementations. Duties often performed at customer’s site. Serves as pre-sales specialist when needed.


Your Responsibilities Include:

Working closely with clients and consultants to manage WMS projects. Own all aspects of the implementation project, financial and project profitability, to include resource scheduling, revenue forecasting per project, billing reconciliations, expense report and time approval for project work.
Remains aware of any potential problems and works to mitigate any risks.
Monitors project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project members. Assigns / delegates work assignments to project team members.
Prepares project status reports on project progress and problems.
Maintain positive professional demeanor. 
Serve as liaison between the company and client to ensure all targets and requirements are met.
Assist management with evaluation and development of a project plan.
Keeps appropriate people informed of project progress, complete weekly Project Status Reports, Bi-Weekly dashboard reports, participate in weekly PM meetings and communicate appropriately with Executive Sponsor / department leadership through written and verbal communication.
Disseminates information on any problems or potential delays in a timely manner.
Assist where applicable in pre-sales engagements.
Pursue incremental revenue through presenting and offering relevant services under Infor Organization.
Working closely with Technical Consultants and Project Managers onshore or offshore to define the total solution.
Ensuring that services delivered, and deliverables are to a high standard and signed-off as completed .to enable invoicing in accordance with agreed procedures.
Working self-sufficiently and collaboratively to ensure team goals are achieved.
To recommend changes to procedures and processes for process improvement.
Serves as advisory-level pre-sales support and post-sales operational support specialist when needed.



Knowledge and Skills, You Bring to the Organization:

The ideal candidate will be flexible to travel and adaptable to consulting work in the EMEA region as required, occasionally international travel may be required.  The candidate must be willing to working with people from different ethnicity, cultural background and positions in the company.

Bachelor's Degree with at least one course or demonstrated experience in Information technology .
WMS Software implementation/Consulting experience.
English and German languages – written and verbal (essential)
Agile experience.
Experience managing WMS software implementation projects.
Ability to manage medium to high complexity projects.
Reliability and deadline-driven approach.
Ability to present to all levels and lead a customer workshop, extracting the required information.
Ability to forge a strong relationship with the customer, and become trusted advisor.
Strong organizational skills & time management skills. 
Strong oral and written communication that effectively articulates complex ideas. 
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team but also self-motivated.
Confident, leadership, independent, team plater, sense of ownership, conscientious, strong analytical .and problem-solving skills, good communication skills.






Preferred Qualifications:

Have working experience and understanding of technical elements in IT software such as: HTML, XML, Programming languages, SQL, reporting tools and etc.
Have warehousing operational knowledge and WMS functional experience.
Experience in WMS such as Infor WMS, SCE, WM9, Exceed, Blue Yonder, Manhattan Associates, SAP WMS or High Jump.
Experience in MS Azure DevOps, MS Projects.
