The Solution Consultant will be responsible to support sales efforts related to the Infor Warehouse Management System solution within the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) region. However the primary territory will be the Nordics region including Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.
You’ll participate in sales cycles as a key member of the sales team in support of the sales account strategy and interacts with prospective customers through executive meetings, discovery conversations, solution demonstrations, executive presentations and follow-up discussions; identifying value drivers and mapping these to the Infor Warehouse Management System (WMS) solution capabilities to generate meaningful value and positive business outcomes for our clients and customers throughout their journey.
As a Solution Consultant, you will work alongside colleagues from other knowledge/functional disciplines including Product Management, Value Engineering, Professional Services in a multi-functional team.
The Solution Consultant enjoys working with customers of different sizes and has a passion for educating, training, designing, and building the Infor WMS solution for a diverse and challenging set of prospects and customers.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Deliver inspiring and engaging presentations covering all aspects of our WMS capabilities.
- Prepare demonstrations accordingly: configure the demonstrations to meet the specific needs of prospective customers ensuring delivery of a simple and compelling presentation reinforcing the business value of Infor solutions.
- In advance of a demonstration or key presentation, join the sales teams to conduct discovery sessions with representatives from the prospective customer. Discussions with key stakeholders to identify and understand current business processes which will determine the value drivers and solution enablers for the presentation.
- Stay up to date with the latest Infor solutions as well as industry trends. Maintain a close understanding and appreciation of competitive solutions.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Infor solutions and appropriate industries to maintain credibility with prospective customers. Provide proof points with relevant customer stories.
- Contribute to RFQ/RFP’s responses.
- Collaborate with sales teams to participate in various one-to-many lead generating activities.
- Provide relevant solution consulting support in marketing events/conferences, including presenting at events for the solution, developing reference customers, competitive positioning and analysis
- Contribute to territory strategy planning with the sales team to identify whitespace opportunities
What You Will Need:
- Significant pre-sales experience in WMS preferred with various industries knowledge
- Good understanding of typical warehousing business processes and requirements
- Good leadership and mentoring skills will be required to help contribute to account/opportunity strategies.
- Must possess a problem solving attitude and have strong analytical supply chain skills

- Fluency in written and oral of one “Nordics” language (ideally 2) and English is required.
