Introduction: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Team Lead Manager to join our DevOps team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the technical operations, ensuring security, and supporting our development and QA teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly EKS, VPC, strong familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, and proficiency in managing containerized environments. Responsibilities:

• Security Oversight:
• Implement and oversee security measures across DevOps environments.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
• Support for Dev and QA Teams:
• Provide technical support to development and QA teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams.
• Ensure smooth coordination and alignment across departments.
• Dev Environment Support:
• Maintain and optimize development environments.
• Ensure environments are stable and scalable.
• Team Meetings:
• Conduct daily stand-ups and team meetings.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team.
• Conduct weekly meetings with higher management to update on Security, Support, and others.
• CI/CD Support:
• Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate testing and deployment processes.
• EKS and Container Management:
• Manage Kubernetes clusters on AWS EKS.
• Optimize container-based deployments.
• People Management:
• Setting goals and objectives
• Performance appraisal
• Feedback
• Executive reporting
• Hands-on Experience:
• Utilize expertise in AWS services (EKS, Lambda, etc.).
• Proficiency in GitLab for version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Experience in supporting tomcat-based Java based applications.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems for troubleshooting
• Experience with MSSQL and no-SQL DB like Mongo, Elastic, Redis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role within DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly EKS.
• Strong knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in GitLab for CI/CD pipelines and version control.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform.
• Familiarity with serverless architecture using AWS Lambda is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
