Solution Marketing Manager is part of global team that is aligned to our Product portfolio and priority vertical markets. The team is being designed to drive growth for the business by being both the voice of the market in the product and the voice of the product in the market. Our team will provide solutions marketing cover for Industry-specific Applications, Data & Platforms (+integrations), Edge solutions, on premise to cloud offerings and more. This role will partner closely with Product Management, Customer Success, Services, Sales, Solutions Consultants, Marketing and GTM teams to deliver on our vision. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced product/solutions marketing leader to own a domain, and shape the Solutions Marketing function across the business, and contribute directly to Infor’s global growth initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in solutions / product marketing roles at B2B business application software, including ERP, PLM, HCM, etc. and surrounding tech ecosystem.
- Domain expertise in one of the following industries: Fashion, Retail, Apparel
- Cloud/SaaS product marketing domain expertise.
- Data-driven focus, leveraging qualitative and quantitative voice of the customer insights to inform solution marketing strategy.
- Experience in category creation, portfolio positioning, product re-naming, packaging, pricing, sales play development.
- Demonstrates modern, digital-centric strategies to showcase product innovation
- Collaborator among Sales, Product, GTM, Presales, Customer Success, Industry Strategists, Enablement teams, etc.
- Understanding of product release readiness and product development lifecycle with the ability to forge strong Marketing partnership with Product and GTM teams.
- Experience in category creation, portfolio positioning, product renaming, packaging, pricing.
- Data-driven focused, leveraging voice of the customer insights to inform strategy.
